I was trained by two experienced City & Guild cake decorator tutors.  Also having had a 'one on one' masterclass from one of the UK's top chocolatiers and patissiers, I was able to gain my confidence in creating the most delicious and scrumptious cakes and fillings.

Consultation and advice will be accompanied by a cake tasting, and you will enjoy the cake samples as you make your choice for the ultimate cake of your dreams.
